Nathan's Famous July Fourth Intl. Hot Dog Eating Contest
It's time once again for the world's most prestigious eating contest. Top ranked eater Takeru Kobayashi will return to defend his title, in what is believed to be the 91st installment of this Coney Island tradition. Here to preview the action is George Shea, co-founder and chairman of the International Federation of Competetive Eating, which governs the big event.
Update: Kobayashi took home the 2006 title by eating a world record breaking 53 3/4 hot dogs. |
